The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa bed (1.35 x 2 m). By car: MUNICH 35–45 min., MUNICH TRADE FAIR 25 min., CHIEMSEE 45 min., AIRPORT 40 min., THERME ERDING 30 min. Bus line 9410, EBERSBERG S-BAHN STATION can only be reached by car in 15 minutes. No children under 5 years of age, please. (Not equipped for them.)

Willkommen in unserer modernen und neu erbauten 2-Zimmer-Souterrain-Wohnung, perfekt für Gäste, die auf der Suche nach modernen Wohnkomfort und Ruhe sind. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Außerdem verfügt sie über eine private Terrasse und einen privaten Parkplatz. HINWEIS: Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei! Der Eingang zur Wohnung führt über eine Treppe. Die Wohnung liegt ländlich 5 min mit dem Auto von Wasserburg am Inn entfernt.

Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

Atteltal vacation home

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good

Brei Haus

The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.
