The highlight is the bathtub on the terrace as well as the e-boat.

This ground-level studio is a 5-minute walk from the local train station, where a REXtrain leaves in the direction of Vienna (approx. 1 hour FZ to Wiener Hbhf) and Eisenstadt every hour. A beautiful 200m2 garden with a swing and slide is directly connected from the studio; and a spacious terrace with parasols (can be used when the nearby school is closed in the afternoons and on weekends). The whole area is therefore perfect for children.
