Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!
