Bright and nice apartment of 60 square meters with a large balcony. The apartment is facing a quiet and calm backyard in a nice neighborhood. The apartment complex is from 2018 and the apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. From the apartment it is only 20 minutes walk to Bjørvika, where you can see the Opera, the Munch Museum, Oslo S, and more. Alternatively you can take a bus there at under 10 minutes. Buses run all the time just outside the apartment. The apartment also offers good hiking opportunities with proximity to Ekebergparken

Guest suite in villa area - 20 min to/from city center

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a single-family home built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city centre. The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.
