We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Such a lovely place to stay. The location was ideal and very central, just a short walk for many attractions.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The proximity to Turia Park and the bus stops was very pleasant with children. The supermarket around the corner also has everything you need.

Peaceful oasis in heart of Valencia's medieval core. El Carmen is central enough to put everything within walking or biking distance, but far enough from nightlife areas to be quiet at night. Great little tapas bars, restaurants and groceries are a 5-min walk This little apartment has everything you need El Carmen is a dense residential neighborhood with narrow streets. If you leave the windows open you'll hear the neighbors so bring earplugs for sleeping, like in any medieval center

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We enjoyed 5 nights in the spacious appartment with everything at hand and closeby. The proximity of the park just across the street and begin in the middle between both the beach and the old city (both on walking distance) was for us an absolute winner. Sergio was very helpfull with good information and tips and helped us out with providing a solution for our lugage upon an early arrival.

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

Excellent hosts. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was super helpful and not always an option with other hosts. Recommended a great restaurant and area to check out during the day. The actual apartment itself is in great location and has an awesome rooftop to spend time on. Highly recommend!

We have very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check out time so we could organize well with the little ones. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The stay in Carla's apartment was satisfactory. The arrival was fluid and Carla's father explained everything clearly. The place was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and the promenade. During the day the area is quiet, although in the afternoon there is music coming from the campsite in front of the apartment. Communication with Carla was adequate and always responded promptly. We appreciate their restaurant recommendations. We didn't miss anything during the stay.

Best Airbnb we've ever been to! Gianina was an exceptional host: her communication was quick, clear and super friendly at all times. You can tell that you are very fond of what you do. The apartment was impeccable, very well equipped and full of small details that made us feel right at home from the first minute. Nothing was missing. We will definitely be back. We have just had a wonderful few days in this beautiful apartment. It was better than we expected , absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

The living experience was perfect!The host was kind and kind, waited at the intersection in advance and gave a warm introduction to the apartment facilities and surrounding living environment.The location of the apartment is excellent, facing the community pool and looking out to the Mediterranean Sea, where we spent two days of relaxing vacation and making good memories.
