Centrally located in a good neighborhood with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of the market and ample parking. Very spacious and neat apartment.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

I never met Andrea but she was always prompt in responding to messages and even tips on local activities. Cleaning was good and in the evenings you could see sunset from the balcony. 5-10 minutes walk to both bus station and beach. If you want to go outside Santa Pola, a car is recommended but there are buses every hour to ex. Alicante. The travel time with local bus to Alicante takes 1 hour. The space was great and affordable. Would definitely consider staying with Andrea again if I'm going to Santa Pola.

Africa turned out to be very flexible given the circumstances of my reservation (I booked for my parents and daughter) and communicated with them very smoothly all the time. They enjoyed a very pleasant and very comfortable stay in Africa's apartment

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

We enjoyed these days in Oliva a lot. In Monica we did not meet her in person but several members of her family who responded to our demands with kindness, speed and effectiveness . The super well-located house. Going out to the terrace, crossing the street and finding yourself in front of the sea is wonderful. Simple, well equipped, tastefully decorated, bright, comfortable, cheerful colors in which one feels right away at home. Less positive point: One of the rooms is really small, hot and windowless. It has a glazed opening that faces the living room and not the outside which exposes it to all the noises in the living room and the staircase. But the truth is that we would repeat again without hesitation :)

Rosa has been a great host, we will be back for sure. She was super attentive, treated us very kindly and made us feel right at home. The apartment had absolutely everything and it was a great breakfast watching the sunrise.

A lovely clean apartment. Great big sunny balcony. Everything you could need was supplied including a tablet for dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable beds and furniture and a helpful host, everything was perfect.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photo. The pool is great, new and big. Very close to the sea, tram stop, and convenient with a small child. I want to come back again. Also, the wonderful Hanna, who met us, gave good recommendations and told us about everything.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. We had a great time at Pablo's house, very communicative, always attentive to every detail. The location is great, as you are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic beach, with hardly any people and with sailing activities, a very quiet area, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the Mistral bar on the way to the beach opens around 7, good coffee and nice people. If you want to go to Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. it's a short drive. I recommend Pablo's house, especially if you are looking for tranquility, disconnection, beach and restaurants, a 10.
