Brand penthouse with sea views in a quiet urbanization. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays. The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, one shower and one with bath - tub. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is furnished. There is a terrace with wonderful sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi. (Opens from June to September, another dates there aren´t lifeguard, it is your responsibility to use) The beach access is from the development. A five minute walk to the promenade of Torrox. One can fine in this area a lot Restaurants, Supermarket, Fish house, Laundry, Bakery shop, Rent a car... It is very near Marina, Waterpark and Baviera Golf. Nerja is near; 7 km and Frigiliana 16 km. It is possible to take the bus ( Bus stop is near, 100 metres ). It has a garage. For more than 4 people ask us. Wifi (unlimited) and ethernet included. We can pick you from Málaga airport or Málaga train station. Check in: before 20:00 hours. Modern house with stunning floors. Nice choice of materials and comfortable furniture. This apartment is extra sober with beautiful gentle colors. A luxurious feel. The terrace with a sea view is the place where you “live” all summer. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, all the mechanical equipment and technology that works everywhere. The beach outside is the coast's absolute best beach. Due to a major drought it is forbidden to fill pools in the area therefore the pool is closed from August 17 2023.

Golden Sunset Over The Mediterranean Sea

Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.
