On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Open-plan living room and kitchen with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps from the lower terrace. This is an expansive area so there are new houses being built nearby. It doesn't bother much as it's not right next door. In front of the apartment there will not be construction.
