Excelente experiencia, muy bonita propiedad, la puesta del sol maravillosa, playa excelente una casa cómoda con todas las comodidades te hace sentir en tu propio hogar. Katherine excelente host siempre disponible y pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Igualmente sus asistentes Rusell y su familia. Recomiendo vivir esta experiencia gracias Katherine

We had a pleasant stay at Brittany' cliff house. This is a container house with a good layout and well equipped. It gets a bit hot during the day but the rooms have AC and the outdoor spaces are great to hang out and have good wind. The common spaces are shared with another family that is quite and reserved so we felt at ease all the time. the house is well decorated and has a homey feeljng. Brittany is always very helpful and responsive and we would recommend this house for a short stay!

Paul es muy amable y considerado en el trato , muy buen anfitrión , las personas que cuidan la propiedad son muy amables y amigables . El lugar es precioso , toda la casa es perfecta para alojar familias grandes , lo único que se necesita son gradas de la piscina que van hacia la playa ya que es un poco incómodo bajar hacia la playa ☺️, por lo demás todo está organizado , la vista es preciosa , los cuartos y baños están bien distribuidos ☺️. La cocina es espaciosa , se necesitan más utensilios de cocina . Volvería a quedarme en Miramar frente a la playa , Paul es un súper anfitrión y los que cuidan también ☺️

Our group of 12 (3 children) and adults really enjoyed our time at Jake’s! We spent the early morning in the center of Leon and then headed that way closer to check - in. Place was easy to find (if you are not from Nicaragua) we recommend you use location app Waze because Jakes place is marked there for easy find. The place is very clean and rooms offer all comforts- each have their own bathrooms and AC. The poo was perfect for the children and the place offers plenty outdoor showers to wash off the sand. There is a kitchenette attached to a bedroom (if you are renting the whole space) and a full kitchen for your use. They offer recommendations for restaurants but Ana, one of their staff, who we absolutely adored and was so nice and on it, ended up cooking for us. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night, but due to our schedule we were not able to. Access to water is phenomenal and almost flat with no rocks

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's house. It's walking distance to the beach, a short drive into town, and very private. The yard has beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the house design, high ceilings, nice open kitchen/living floor plan, and plenty of kitchen prep space with all the necessities included. Also, the patio is a great outdoor hangout spot. Holly and John are very responsive and helpful, as are the caretakers, Marvin and Tania. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to be close to the beach/boom and have a peaceful, private space.

Great place, great location for surf, perfect setup for our family of 4 with 2 small children. Communication was excellent and really appreciate all the help setting up local taxis and cook/groceries for our week - thank you!

Maravillosa casa ubicada a minutos caminando del Boom. Instalaciones modernas, limpia, con piscina. La anfitriona siempre estuvo disponible. Nos contacto con personas locales que nos dieron servicio de desayuno y comida. Muy amables, buenos precios. Excelente servicio

Wow. What an incredible location! It was everything it was promised to be and more.. The first thing you hear when you open the front door to enter is the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The wall facing the ocean provides a view of the water, the balcony even moreso.. So peaceful and private. Descend one staircase and your feet are in the sand.. A brief walk on the beach and you are at the local restaurants.. Andre even was able to get us into Miramar Surf camp for dinner, although we had so much fun on his boat that we didn't make it to restaurant haha The boat tour we took with Andre was amazing, we went to the natural pool, had a few beers (Andre brews it himself, Layback, and it was delicious!), he took us to the river, offered fishing, etc. Cristianna connected us with a local baker who made a delicious/beautiful birthday cake for my girlfriend.. Really, it felt like whatever we wanted to do Cristianna and Andre would have found a way to make it happen, 10/10
