Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

Small studio room with bathroom, independent, very comfortable, queen bed, for single person or couple, not suitable for babies or toddlers, there is glassware on hand.
