Kid-friendly vacation rentals in El tezal

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The stay was great , close to all attractions , clean and Max was very responsive to all questions.

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette trip. Great location and beautiful house.

The house was great with lots of hang out spots (front patio, roof top patios, pool, common areas).

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

Great place to stay. Paul is the best host I've ever met when using Airbnb. The house was just like in the ad. Really nice place. If you're looking for privacy, this is the place. Close to beautiful beaches where you can even see whales near the shore. You can walk or go in your car. There are really nice, friendly neighbors. Near restaurant and store. We will totally be back.

We loved staying as Casa Shona! The welcome pack was very thoughtful, the amenities were great, the outdoor area was beautiful. Seoniad was very helpful and responsive and even went to the property to check if we had left something there after check out. Highly recommend staying here!

The space was clean and perfect for what we needed. Its in a great location to walk around the city, but was a little difficult to find. The host was very responsive and there are plenty of food and activities close by. Overall would stay again.

Great Airbnb, located in gated neighborhood away from the noise of the city, yet only a 5 minute walk from restaurants and downtown. Large and spacious, and great pool/hot tub.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Genesis was responsive and helped me every step of the way to get to her place. I made a last minute decision to get out of the cold and everything was smooth from check in to the use of her personal beach towel. I got to know the streets quickly and navigated to the marina to explore the local options. I'd stay here again!!

The stay in the apartment was very good, it is better than what you see in the photos, everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, there are board games and we loved the terrace apart from nice and pleasant is private.

The accommodation is very comfortable and private with everything you need for cooking. I really enjoyed the shower because there was always hot water and good pressure. The only thing is that it's a bit noisy if you're going for work. Of course, I was informed and I agreed.

Incredible place. Location was a 15 minute walk from downtown. Condo was incredibly clean and well maintained, communication was always within minutes. Teresa was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

This is literally the best place to stay in Cabo! You have access to a lot of things in this community of hotels and condos. Pools and jacuzzis and bars and restaurants everywhere. And next to the beaches as well. Very comfortable and clean place. The surround sounds was amazing! Connects through out the whole condo. And most importantly, The best hosts ever! Always helpful and responds quickly. Anything we needed, they were there to help. Thanks Karen and Tasha for our wonderful stay. Will be back again!

Great host, Responsive and helpful. Place is central to various beaches and downtown (anything is within 10-15 min drive). We had our own car so this worked. Place was clean.

Accommodation with description according to the images, it has 2 chairs and umbrella available to save you the rent on the beach to which you decide to go, the only detail would be that in the pool area there is not much shade available, but nothing that long sleeves and sun protection does not solve. In general everything was very good.

What a beautiful villa that absolutely exceeded our expectations! Very walkable location to restaurants and the beach while still being in a safe, gated area where we felt right at home. The villa felt very upscale while still comfortable and had all the amenities we could ever ask for! Pam was by far the kindest and most communicative Air bnb host I’ve ever interacted with and gave excellent recommendations on the area. She recommended Elfer for in home massages, which was easy to schedule and so relaxing! Honestly couldn’t find one negative thing to say about this property and we had such an amazing stay. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to San Jose Del Cabo!

The apartment is very good!! We were very happy in the stay, unfortunately we did not touch good weather and we could not use the pool because the water was very freezing and it does not have a boiler but other than that the apartment is very complete the security is super friendly!! I certainly go back to Cabos and to stay with you.. thousand thank you for your attention
