Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Walk to the sea from this amazing 2br apartment

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

Una estancia perfecta!!La llegada Marisa atenta en todo momento y la salida igual!!La casa talby como sale en las fotos y todos los supermercados y playa muy cerca. Los vecinos muy amables y el residencial súper tranquilo para desconectar durante unos días! It is worth to say that the view is nothing less than stunning!! The apartment met our expectations. Location is great with all amenities at walking distance. We had a great time and will comeback! Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

En skøn lejlighed med masser af plads til to eller fire personer. Lejligheden fremstår yderst pæn og ren med en fantastisk udsigt og dejlig terrasse. Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på alt - restauranter, små hyggelige lokale spisesteder, indkøb af dagligvare og diverse butikker. Værten er meget og relevant kommunikerende. Man får alle nødvendige oplysninger. Udsøgt ophold til en rigtig god pris. Kan varmt anbefales.

Stayed here for 10 nights. The apartment is located to the side of the driving range. The views are very nice of the course and surrounding area. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi plus sitting in the sunny conservatory in the evenings. I would recommend this apartment to golfers or holiday makers - only 10 mins walking to bars / restaurants. The apartment was clean and checking in was very easy. We are hoping to return shortly. Best regards Russ

Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung sauber und gemütlich. Die Schlüsselübernahme und Abgabe lieb reibungslos. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und in der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Mir allen sehr zu Frieden. Werden Aufjedenfall nochmal diese Wohnung mieten

Pasamos unos fantásticos días en el apartamento de Gregoria. Muy tranquilo con las comodidades y espacio adecuado para nosotros. Todo estaba muy ordenado y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, salón, habitación...). Además, ella siempre estaba accesible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiésemos tener (que no los hubo). Recomendaría encarecidamente su alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.
