The place has just been completely renovated and has all appliances needed for cooking as well as ACs in the top bedrooms and in the livingroom. Huge BBQ in the garden. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.
