Einen Teil unseres Hauses, in dem wir als Familie leben, haben wir als Gästewohnung umfunktioniert. Diese Wohnung für Nichtraucher ist separater Teil unseres Hauses. Es liegt am Rande des Natur-und Landschaftsschutzgebietes Wakenitzniederung, ideal für 2 bis 3 Personen. Der große Wohnraum ist mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem weiteren, abgeteilten Einzelbett ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Essplatz liegt in einem zweiten Raum, vor dem eigenen Eingang eine kleine sonnige Terasse.

Isabella steht für einen Heimathafen, der einen nach Ausflügen in einem sehr ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Hinterhaus neue Kraft tanken lässt. Der Fokus liegt auf luxuriösem Komfort und einer umfangreichen Ausstattung. Das Bett lädt zum Verschlafen ein. Streaming ist auf beiden Fernsehern vorhanden. Die Badewanne neben dem Bett und das großzügige Raumkonzept machen dieses AirBnB zu etwas besonderem. Zoo, City, Parks, Supermärkte und ein Bäcker. Alles findet man in direkter Umgebung.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by

Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

In direkter Nachbarschaft zur St. Norbert Kirche und dem Kulturzentrum "Volksbad Buckau" habt Ihr hier einen idealen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Zum Erkunden der Stadt stehen Euch 2 Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
