Spend summer evenings on the expansive veranda, taking in panoramic vistas and breathtaking sunsets and when the cooler weather arrives, unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the rustic appeal of a roaring open fire. If you are keen for adventure, take an exhilarating wilderness walk or kayaking adventure on the Tooloom river. Pack a picnic hamper, fishing rods and sunglasses and head for the river, where you can cast a lure and wait for a bass to strike. The architecturally designed homestead is perfect for large families or groups, with its wrap around veranda and spacious, travertine ensuites, adjoining every room. For biosecurity reasons, we ask that you leave your pets at home, but feel free to encounter the many cattle, horses, Pretty Faced Wallabies, occasional shy koalas and platypus that call this landscape their home. This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

With a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette and bathroom, the studio should meet all of your needs Further down the property, views across the valley are spectacular. Horses/cats/dogs welcome. We are 20km east of Warwick and 20km from Queen Mary Falls. A quick drive down the road is a beautiful clear water rockpool to cool off in on those warm summer days.
