Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our three bedroom, two bathroom home offers a large living room, perfect for gathering after a day of Midwest adventures. This house is central to many local Amish attractions like the Shipshewana Flea Market, Essenhaus, or one of MANY bakeries in the area. We are 40 minutes from South Bend giving you the best of both worlds if you're here for a college visit. We'd love to show you what Midwest hospitality means to us.

River Retreat

This property offers the entire lower level of our home and back yard that you will have all to yourself. We live upstairs and you have your own private entrance. There is no kitchen, but a gas grill, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge are provided. There are large windows in the master bedroom, and the living room has two large windows in addition to a glass sliding door that opens to a private backyard with fire pit next to the Elkhart River.

Duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac--lower level only

Enjoy the privacy of the large lower level suite in a quiet neighborhood. The host lives on the main floor. We are within walking distance of Goshen College, Greencroft, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a great deli. A 45 min drive to Notre Dame, 20 min to Middlebury, 25 to Nappanee, 25 min to Shipshewana. All local tourist places. A few min. from historic downtown Goshen with unique restaurants, breweries, and shops.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located downtown in the historical Middlebury Indiana. You can stay in and relax in front of the fireplace or visit the local shops nearby like Joyfully Said Home and the Mustard Seed Marketplace, and grab a slice of pizza or a scoop of ice cream at Danny's Diner. Conveniently located only 10 minutes from down town Shipshewana and the flea market!

Wildwood at the Ol' Barn

A full above-garage suite with private entrance. A great choice for an extended stay. Ideal for a special getaway. This space is also our best private space during Covid-19 concerns. It has an independent heating and cooling system, and no shared interior spaces. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower.
