The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Der Bahnhof Langenmoor ist 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Man erreicht Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken. Es ist sehr gut für Monteure geeignet, da es vier Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer hat. Wlan, Terrasse, Fernseher mit MagnetTV und überdachter Raucherraum sind vorhanden.

Es gibt des weiteren eine Schlafkoje mit eine 160er Bett. Im EG befindet sich neben der grosszügigen Küche, Esszimmer, Bad mit WC, Arbeitszimmer, WC, Wohnzimmer auch das 1. Schlafzimmer. Das Zwischengeschoss lädt zu chillen und lesen ein. Im OG sind 2 Schlafzimmer und die Schlafkoje.

Washing machine use by arrangement, Small shower room with window,  Covered terrace with garden furniture. The area invites you to take walks. Hamburg and Lübeck can be reached in 40 minutes by car. Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Barmstedt city center, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops. A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free. The apartment itself was refurbished and renovated in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.
