Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

We rent a beautiful, cozy vacation home. The vacation home is located on the grounds of the former Grube Maria directly on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. I rent this unique apartment in the courtyard of a historic mill. (Also check out my new apartment 'In the stable'.) The barn loft is located under the roof of the former barn. It consists of a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. You can reach the room via several stairs. Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally goes with it.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
