Our stay was wonderful, quiet place and exactly as shown in the photos. The flat was very clean, well equipped. I felt right at home.

Great location, with bakery, market, pharmacy, etc very close and on foot. Very good condominium, good gym, good parking spaces, security. Excellent apartment, utensils, bed and bath linens, cleaning, organization, comfort, air conditioning, internet, all new, quality and working. Very practical checkin and checkout, very attentive, available and courteous host. I highly recommend!

Always very nice to stay at this studio. There is a station next to it, great places to eat nearby and quiet location. The space is always very clean and organized. Check in is extremely simple and Alex always responds very quickly. Note 10.

Comfortable place, it's exactly as it was in the picture. For those who were passing through like me, had everything I needed, bedding, towel, tales... Gostei a lot, has 24-hour security, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall I had a good experience. The host was very clear in the instructions, I didn't have any kind of difficulty with schedules and check-in. I would stay again:)

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

A beautiful place, the house is special because it is surrounded by nature and has everything we needed, we spent a month feeling at home, an experience that we will definitely be able to have again, Helena is super hospitable and attentive.

Super cozy house, all rooms were impeccably organized and clean. Bathrooms very well clean and equipped as well. Giant and super well equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for full meal preparation. The accommodation is very modern and elegant. There is total privacy during the stay, (no homeowners or something similar). Checkin and checkout were very practical and host Carol was super attentive and helpful from booking to checkin. No doubt we will return to this amazing location. The photos faithfully correspond to the site. Be very careful of baby use items, very well prepared. The village had available up to a feeding chair. It was perfect! The green area is perfect for rest.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

It's all exactly as pictured, extremely fast communication and took all my doubts. In our case we had two cars, one stayed in the garage and the other left on the street, we always got a place right in front of the building's concierge, that is, making us safer. Compliments only

Very small space, but for a person's stay and for the amount charged is worth it. Neighborhood very quiet. Clean space, pleasant, comfortable. The bathroom is missing a hygienic shower.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.

Great location, large building, with safe concierge, market inside the building and other environments for collective use as a swimming pool and a gym available. Location close to a market, restaurant and gym. Place clean and organized, I felt at home, if there was another event on site, I would stay again.
