Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. Our modern vacation rental "Anna" covers an area of about 65 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. First floor: open living, kitchenette with shower, toilet, storage room. Second floor: master bedroom (double bed), another bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom. We offer you a vacation dream for relaxation The private beach is available free of charge. Directly on the lake is a water ski facility with an attractive beach bar and comfortable seating.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Vacation in the oldest and most beautiful house in Spiekeroog! A small but nice apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired. On the lower floor there is a kitchen and the most necessary electronic devices. A cozy living-dining area invites you to linger and relax. There is a shower tray in the bathroom. The toilet is seperate and is decorated by a mural. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a large bed of deep sleep guarantees.
