Beautiful enclosed indoor solarium with tables and chairs , great sitting area in the summer with stunning view.. Our huge basement studio comfortably fits 4. (Queen size bed,sofabed), can squeeze 5th on lounge chair. 50" Smart TV, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, induction cooktop and laundry. My basement is dry and lots of sunlight.
