We are delighted with our stay at gintare's. The residence is superb: access to private parking, beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing, sauna and hammam as well as a gym. The apartment is very well equipped. The decor is nice. Special mention for the terrace which is super cozy! With great views. A very good place to stay to visit the city.

This apartment was perfect and exactly as described by Ahmad. It felt home. We stayed for 8 nights and apartment has everything you need. Nearest metro is business bay and it’s arround 2.5 KM. You can see Bay Area as well as Burj Khalifa from balcony. Ahmad is very good host and always responsive.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

Daniel's Villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai yet still a 20-30 minute drive to most places. Rooms were excellent and the place was exactly as described. Had a perfect 6 night stay.

We stayed at Dr Mohan's place for 5 days and it was really homey. The place is very nice, it's near the grocery and department store where you can easily grab anything you need. The building is very secured and quiet, you can really relax and rest well. Mr. Mohad is very accommodating and a professional person. He makes sure that we have everything we need and our concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mohan's place especially for small families.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!

Very well located accommodation 50m from the beach and free public parking on the street. popular but very respectful neighborhood. Lots of food on the street very clean and cheap. bakery on the corner of the delicious street with patisserie and bread baked on site. The building has an elevator. Point to improve the kitchen is old and lacks storage in the bathroom. The host is very responsive ,very welcoming and who answers all our questions. Namely:mosquee opposite and we hear the call to the prayer on laube

I've been with my wife and 1 year old baby. It was perfect. Great location, mini market right next door to buy what you need if you want to make light food, and in our case, make food for our baby. Comfortable and cozy space, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and nice. A balcony with a view. The air conditioning works perfectly. Kitchens with the necessary utensils. Hair dryer, iron and smoothing smoothing that came great. Roya always very pending. Anyway, we've had a phenomenal experience 😜
