During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
