The apartment is very nice and Vanessa is an excellent host. He had fluid, polite communication and extended the check in time according to our departure time to the airport. Of immense gentleness! The neighborhood of Fátima is a pleasant place, despite being in the center of Rio, it preserves a very familiar and residential aspect. Second time staying in the building, which is well located and has very cordial gatekeepers. I highly recommend the stay for those who like to live in the city center. In general, the house is very well equipped, with washing machine, a great service area and air conditioning. The only point of attention is that it is an apartment facing the street, so it ends up catching the noise a little bit. On ordinary days, close the window and turn on the air, resolves, but on party days, it may bother you a little bit. Perhaps the best is to go down and fall into the bust, which is also an excellent option! The sound of the birds is another bonus that cannot be left out of the evaluation!

We stayed 10 days in Regina's apartment, and our stay was great. Check-in was simple, the apartment was very clean and the view is beautiful. A good surprise was how well the kitchen was, many utensils, several quality pans, very good appliances, so there will be no trouble cooking the meals there. The ad does not say, but there is air-conditioning in the apartment, in addition to the ceiling fan. The apto is very close to the metro, which makes it much easier to move.

Great place in a lively neighborhood

I would recommend the apartment due the fact that everything is within a 2-5 minute walking distance. The apartment is nice the aircon works well, loud but works well :) Living room is spacious. Bed is pretty comfortable. Wardrobe is nice. Lots of nice pics for decoration. If you’re staying for carnival then this location is literally perfect. Security guards are friendly in the building and are there 24/7. Host is friendly. I did not need to message frequently but when I did i got an answer pretty quickly which is always nice.

What to say, Vania was an amazing host, always responsive to our expectations and questions. The apartment is very well located in the neighborhood of Lapa and the complex has everything you need. We felt safe throughout our stay during the carnival. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again to Vania

It is a very nice apartment, it is very well located. The place is quiet. You can rest very well at night, because no noise is heard. The people in the building are very nice, Fernanda and her husband who were the ones who welcomed us were always attentive to our doubts. They were flexible with check-in, they did not hesitate to always respond and give us information about the place like; supermarkets, tours, etc. They had an adapter for the plugs which for me was a salvation because I left mine at home, the kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary implements to have a good vacation. The shower is great it has good power, the bed is super comfortable, the sofa is just for one person. I would definitely stay with them again on a next visit to Rio, I recommend it 100%.

André was a tremendous host. He was very responsive and understanding. He was receptive when I had to change my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and helped. The apartment was nice by international standards.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

This is the second time we've been, we love Isabel's house. It's all well equipped, beautiful and comfortable. We always spend beautiful days enjoying the pool and garden.

Perfect place! The convenience is exactly like in the pictures, spacious and quiet house. Ana is extremely solicitor and very helpful. Although the house is a bit far from the station it is super quiet the way and the site has easy travel to bus station and other places in the city. We highly recommend.

The house of Marta and Luiz was extremely cozy and served everyone very well. The communication was always agile and careful, we were greeted by the couple who introduced us the house and left a basket of local products. The house has the air of the house, with everything you need, near the center on a quiet and safe street. We didn't even bother to use the garage. I had to rearrange the decor to make sure my young children didn't do much damage, but it was clear how much love and story there were in the details of the house. We would come back again!

Very nice apartment, we arrived and it was well organized, there was nothing missing. The vicinity of the apartment is good and quiet. The owner was very attentive. The servio apartment for what and we need, it's a very cozy place. Super recommend it, and when I get back to Rio, I definitely tried to rent it again.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
