The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live all by yourself with the water and the river as the closest neighbor. The beaver often visits. The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Or maybe you'd like to paddle out to a small island and spend the night in a hammock there.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Including bed linen and towels. Rowing boat included. Perfect for a family of 4. 1500m² fenced plot makes it great for you with a dog.

Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km from Evje city centre. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great driven cross-country skis in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including other climbing parks, go-karts, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoeing, paintball arrow and bow and much more. Autumn/winter and Easter holidays are booked from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday
