Built in 1734 as a Truchsesserei of the county of Sponheim, the baroque building with large windows, high ceilings and wide rooms offers a very special atmosphere, which is underlined by the loving furnishings.​ The apartment for 4 people measures about 90 square meters and has 1 bedroom, 1 living/bedroom,  kitchen with dining area,  Riesling lounge,  bathroom and an outdoor seating area in the idyllic courtyard and garden. The house is situated in the historic center of Enkirch directly on the Moselsteig. ​

The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

High above the Moselle, you will be floating in this newly renovated, very spacious accommodation, which used to be a quaint wine restaurant. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel. There are two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and in the living room next to a modern kitchen plenty of space to relax, dream, read and linger for two to five people.

This apartment is an excellent base for walks, bike rides, tourist trips and in any case culinary enjoyment. Upon arrival, the beds are made, bath and kitchen linen are available as well as the most important items to start your stay.
