Location, location, location. This studio is situated in the heart of buzzy Newtown. You can practically smell the coffee from the cafes on busy King Street and yet the studio is quiet and peaceful. Located right across the road from a popular park where there is alway something happening, dog walking, musicians plays their instruments etc. you can even do a tai chi class. The railway station is a short walk away - you can be in the CBD in 3 stops. Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital are also very close.

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

It sits on the bottom floor of a Victorian Era terrace that has been converted into two apartments. Car space included. A few minutes walk to Enmore Rd, you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. The iconic Enmore Theatre is 6 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to Stanmore Station. 16 minutes to Newtown Station. 4 minutes to bus stops that take you to the CBD.

This private studio with its own bathroom is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. In the main hallway there is a rail with hangers opposite your private bathroom. Your area is partitioned off from the rest of our home so please do not come past the partition uninvited. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps

Cool new apartment with amazing roof top garden

Our boutique self contained apartments are right in the heart of trendy Marrickville , but with new double glazed doors and windows the spaces are quiet inside. Offering great views of the city from the balcony and rooftop garden this new building has all new stylish furnishings, original artwork and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Our cleaners are now taking extra care and common areas including stair railings etc are also sanatized .
