The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Loft in the old spinning mill

With the Loft, you rent a home that, in addition to space, above all brings a unique atmosphere. The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy. From the kitchen you can reach the roof terrace, which offers a lot of privacy, or the cozy sitting area on the other side. From there, you enter the sleeping area. A separate bathroom completes the house.

Our cottage is located behind our house near the nature reserves Haaksberger- and Buurserveen. Natural swimming pool within walking distance. Enjoy the quiet surroundings and beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Price for sauna on request. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of meadows and wooden waves. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee you build your own campfire. A coal barbecue is available. Use of own cooking appliances is not permitted.
