Flavia treated us very well, always promptly. The house is large, spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay, as ours was. The only flaw was the split air-conditioning in one of the rooms that was making noise, the rest were very good. Anyone staying at this place will love it. The house is 250 meters from the beach, around it has everything, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, etc. Very good. Very safe and quiet place. Congratulations Flavia on your home

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

We love the house, very airy, very comfortable. Mr. Fernando was a very attentive and helpful host. We'll be back for sure.

Good location, is close to conveniences, market, snack bars and also the beach. Hosts were very attentive and the house catered to the photos.

The house is incredible. we went into a large group and served everyone perfectly. all installations and equipment working and when it took an assistance was promptly resolved. The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Well-kept house, safe, easy access to the beach, all the necessary utensils are in the house, nothing to complain about the house, it is just a little further from a good and larger market, but by car it is quick.

Our stay was great, super nice place, it felt like home. We were promptly received by Mrs. Nancy, super polite and very helpful.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We had a lovely stay at Ivone's place for a week with the family. The house is super comfortable, well equipped, had everything we needed to cook and spend pleasant moments together. Check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. Ivone was excellent, always attentive.
