Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and was already in the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All spacious rooms. Elevador. Garage and Comfort. No squeezing or stumbling on people inside the lodging. I recommend it. I will stay again if possible.

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

The loca is wonderful! Well located, to do everything on foot, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

Only one observation, for you who stay in apartments, or upper, have and education with the guests downstairs, upstairs staff left at 5am and since 4 am making a noise and dragging things... Flavia treated us very well, always promptly. The house is large, spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay, as ours was. The only flaw was the split air-conditioning in one of the rooms that was making noise, the rest were very good. Anyone staying at this place will love it. The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We had a wonderful stay on Airbnb! The location is perfect, with an amazing view of the beach, the historic center of São Francisco do Sul and the islands of Babitonga Bay. The place is very quiet and quiet, ideal for relaxing. Although the weekend was a bit cold, we were able to enjoy a lot of the environment, the sunrise and sunset are beautiful on a clean day. The hostess was extremely attentive, always available to help and make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable experience!

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

The person who received us was always available for any questions, informed us about peculiarities about the city, the apartment is near a market, pharmacy and shops! It has a washing machine, sandwich maker, utensils, no tank. The TV is not smart, next time I'll bring a device to make it smart! The apartment is on the 1st floor! We loved it and the next few times we go to the city we'll try to stay at the AP!

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe.
