This place is perfect to unplug or plugin, but always a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Start your day swimming in the imposing Llanquihue lake just downstairs from the house. Take your kayaks and explore. Enjoy a BBQ at the waterfront terrace by the tree. 50 min from Osorno Volcano Ski Center.

Frutillar, a paradise in the South !!

The house is in the center of Frutillar Alto, Villa Sajonia is a safe, quiet, clean place, you can walk there, (I also have a Rent a Car in case you need that service) everything is close, supermarkets, restaurant, bus terminal 4 minutes by car to the beach, Llanquihue Lake, Teatro del Lago, in Frutillar bajo and walking you reach it in 20 minutes. Apartment steps from downtown, Lake and Casino

New apartment, with 4 or 5 person capacity. Master bedroom with 2 person bed, living has a sofa bed for 2 more people and also there’s a folding bed for a 5th person. The apartment is full electric. It is located one block from downtown Puerto Varas, 5 from the casino, 6 from the lake and next to a supermarket. Also, the building has access to laundry, gym and barbecue sector. There is no parking.

The cabin is 90 square meters and very comfortable for families and couples looking to relax and unwind for a few days in Puerto Varas. We have a beautiful view from the living room. We used local wood and decorations to give an authentic feeling of being in southern Chile.
