Hot water all the time, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country too

Escape to this incredible 40' container home. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and vineyards in Valle de Guadalupe. We are a 6 minute bumpy fun car ride from El Cielo, Vena Cava and other excellent wineries. This is a shipping container that we completely remodeled and added an 8' x 40' deck to enjoy and get away from our hectic schedules.
