It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

It is a modern fully equipped house with ground floor and two floors.

The Lights of Epernay

The "Les Lumières d'Epernay" gîte is a former outbuilding that has been completely renovated. We opted for a sober decoration (industrial trend). With its large bay windows, all rooms are bathed in sunlight. It is a 5-minute walk to Epernay city center and 10 minutes to the train station. No need to take the car for a tasting of a great Champagne name. 2 private and secure parking spaces are also available.

So that you can enjoy, for a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new place of stopover, you will be able to come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny Sous Châtillon, and admire an exceptional view of the Marne valley, for a walk
