Very beautiful space, comfortable, clean,spacious, had everything a guest needs and more, warm environment, very good quality of linens, bath towels and also excellent soundinsulation.The location is very central, you find everything within 50 meters.Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, even a beautiful bakery at the entrance of the apartment building, with a wide variety of products.The host Vasilis, responded immediately, was very kind, helpful, responded to every question and question immediately and allowed us flexible departure which I greatly appreciated.I highly recommend it!!!

We stayed for 6 nights. Great choice. Around 7 minutes walk to city center. Clean apartment. they changed bathroom towels and sheets after 3 days of our stay. Great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and very cozy, very nicely decorated. It is close to the center, although we used a car often, since the return was slightly uphill. Parking was always easy near the house and that was very good for us. Thank you to Georgia for your hospitality and preparedness for everything we needed. So long!

Great Accommodation! I was in Ioannina for a seminar and my stay at this accommodation was great! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, offering all the comforts I needed in a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its location was ideal for relaxation, with easy access to the seminar space and very close to the center of Ioannina. Mrs. Christina was excellent- kind, friendly and available to answer our questions or suggest places to eat and have fun. I highly recommend this home for both business and leisure. If I find myself in the area again, it will definitely be my first choice!

I spent two nights visiting Ioannina and the Zagori mountains. The apartment is exactly as described: modern, furnished with style and with a functional kitchen. Great location slightly outside the center, perfect if you want to explore the surroundings without entering the city center, which can still be reached on foot!

The stay was wonderful. The unit was quietly located, with easy parking down right on the street. This is a very approachable, courteous, willing, and discreet host. The apartment had all the amenities and even more for a very comfortable stay. Importance in detail!!Indicatively, everything was spotless, it smelled very good, there was a welcome basket with pastries and liqueurs, tsipouro, homemade buns, painted eggs and candles. The bathroom had extra personal care items. Impressive to have a full pharmacy and fire extinguisher. Washing machine- drying rack. Iron ironing board. Extra bags for the trash cans. TV, comfortable mattress and on the extra bed very comfortable mattress. The balcony is spacious with table, chairs. In the fully equipped kitchen there was a dining area, washed dinnerware, coffee maker, coffee , sugar. Refrigerator big spotless. It's a very comfortable vacation home either for a few days or many days. The price is prorated, great!!

Our stay in this apartment in Preveza was great! The apartment was clean and fully equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant excursion from the capital. Its location was ideal, close to the center, beaches and sights. Communication with the owner was impeccable! We will definitely come back and highly recommend the place to anyone looking for peace and comfort in Preveza!

George and Kathrin are amazing hosts with great understanding of a persons accommodation. They greeted me with warmth and comfort and for that I will be favouring their place at preveza for my future trips there !

Elena’s place was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in the center of Ioannina. ALOT of restaurants and bars that are walking distance!

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.

Checkin was smooth following the clear instruction. Room was clean and quite. Finding a parking place sometimes could be challenging.

We had a really great stay at Soustas apartments. A two minute easy walk to centre of Loggos, almost next door to the supermarket so very very convenient. Clean, comfortable and the perfect base. Highly recommend! Thank you to all at Soustas!

I read some bad reviews on other platforms but the truth is it's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. A few meters from the main street, but very quiet at night. The beach is also accessible on foot, but it's not too nice. A few things to improve, like mosquito nets. There are some to remove and put, but mosquitoes hang. Luckily there are many shops in the area to buy repellent, at a reasonable price. The single beds are very small and quite uncomfortable. And the rooms aren't too big, but the pool and bar are a plus. Very good value for the price in general.

We really enjoyed our stay in the very quiet, spacious flat, only half a minute's walk from the port and close to the supermarket. The three balconies were a real plus and the peace and quiet was wonderful. We only needed the air conditioning at night and it worked perfectly with a minimum of noise which was not disturbing (which is rare in my experience!). Having the pool to ourselves was an unexpected bonus! The kitchen has a handy mini-dishwasher. The bathroom is rather basic and difficult to keep dry while showering, but that did not outweigh the benefits of this flat. Sia is a very friendly and generous host who made our stay very pleasant!

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

We have been at the resort for two weeks, and it has been a wonderful vacation. Nice resort, incredibly friendly people who stole our heart. Fanys' parents can cook deliciously and get many of the ingredients from their own vegetable garden. Lots of fun things done within the area: horseback riding, scooters rented, snorkeled, lots of sums in the beautiful sea. The beautiful coastal road between corfu city and Alykes beach is recommended to follow by scooter and stop here and there at a beautiful beach or a beautiful tavern. In short: highly recommended!
