Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Within walking distance you will find Lake Ziros, Lake Viros, Kokkinopilos and the Roman aqueduct in Agios Georgios, among other attractions.

Surrounded by nature, it is a very calm village. As the cabin is by the woods all wildlife is present. You can spot wild horses, rabbits, deer, and various other critters.
