Nestled in the charming village of Lalling, this modern and cozy holiday apartment, built in a warm timber style, awaits you. Sprawling over a generous 94 m² (1,012 sq. ft.), it can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, or those seeking relaxation—whatever the season. The fully equipped kitchenette, the pellet stove for cozy moments, and the air conditioning for warm days ensure the utmost comfort. The paved outdoor area with a terrace is perfect for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings.

Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A kettle charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + barbecue utensils, etc. Charcoal does not have to/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optionally bookable!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables are only limited in the house!

We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. The house has 8 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 2x kitchen, large dining area, very large living room (seats for 20/25 people) DVD, 3x toilet, 3x bathroom with shower and 1x bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, wood-burning stove, 22 km from the A9 (AS Hengersberg)

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

2026 Newly built, stylish bungalow for up to 6 people in a quiet location with magnificent views of the Brotjacklriegl. Perfect for relaxation in nature. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The highlight is the heated saltwater pool (32°C). As well as an exclusive whirlpool. A sauna can be used for an extra charge. Hiking trails start right outside the front door – ideal for nature and active vacations.

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

A warm welcome to our place in Grünbach/Kirchdorf im Wald Our 2.5-roomapartment (approx. 67 m²) for 2-4 people has 1 bedroom, a cozy, bright living-dining room, as well as a hobbit room (bed 1.4 x 2.0 m), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate Wi-Fi and satellite TV are free of charge. Your dog is a welcome guest with us. Large garden with grill, lawn, etc.
