Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

The apartment is located in the Taunus Nature Park, close to Frankfurt and Wiesbaden and is only a 10-minute walk from the train station with direct S-Bahn connection. The two-room apartment with a large terrace and equipped kitchen is a 5-minute drive from the A3.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located between Frankfurt and Wiesbaden with direct access to beautiful cycling and hiking trails. In the immediate vicinity is the Niedernhausen forest swimming pool. A bus stop to Niedernhausen and Wiesbaden is about 100 meters away. In Niedernhausen, there is a train station with regional and S-Bahn connections.
