Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

"Kia ora" is a wonderfully comfortable, quiet and fully furnished private cottage for 2 adults in the middle of the Netherlands with lots of wonderful nature and old culture in the area. In the surroundings of Epse, you can enjoy nice walks and wonderful bike rides. And you can visit the nearby Hanseatic cities, such as Zutphen and Deventer. A little further away is the national park "De Veluwe" for even more natural beauty. And there are several museums in the area (e.g. MORE).

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
