The attic apartment has 2 rooms and a bathroom. Passage through corridor on 2nd floor. For furnishings, see photos. The washing machine in the bathroom on the 2nd floor can also be used. My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.

All in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddly spot, an ideal retreat for one person or for two. Lovingly furnished with cooking facilities, seating area, balcony, plenty of outdoor space with breakfast area,campfire and barbecue facilities. The shower is in a separate bathtub with sink, compost toilet and shower.

Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Relax in our cozy attic apartment and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Fichtel Mountains! Perfect for hikers and nature lovers: Right outside the front door you can go hiking on the Rauher Kulm or in the Fichtel Mountains. The ideal stopover for vacationers passing through. Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
