This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Apotheke, Ärzte, viele Restaurants und Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind schnell und großteils fussläufig erreichbar. Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Sunshine Living

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

Villa Matilda - Vacation home in Riederau/Ammersee

Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.
