Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Welcome to Erkner - ideal starting point for the whole family, Berlin - curious people, water or cyclists, hikers, athletes, anglers, those looking for relaxation - but everyone else is also welcome guests. The lakes, the forest, train and bus, the local cinema, various cafes, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot in a short time. I wish you a happy, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spreehaus Raßmannsdorf, New Sauna

Brandenburg at its best! A dreamlike holiday home in the middle of the countryside on the edge of the village with a view of the Spree. The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.

Relax overlooking the lake and by train in 20 minutes in the city. Departures every 10 minutes, or S-Bahn Regio. Motorway in 5 minutes. Süßes kleines Tiny House mit großer Terrasse ganz nah am Dämmeritzsee. Aus einem alten Bauwagen gebautes Minihaus, wo alles zusammen kommt. Küche, Bad, Wohn/Schlafzimmer und Terrasse. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Erkner(25min bis Berlin Alexanderplatz) und 300m vom See entfernt. Stand up Paddle boards zum mieten haben wir vor Ort.

Relax with friends or family in this accommodation surrounded by lots of nature. Forest and lake are close by. Public transport will take you quickly to Berlin Mitte and all the city's attractions. Of course, I can advise you on planning Berlin trips and excursions. Pets are allowed upon request.
