You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Our cozy furnished apartment with views of the beautiful Edertal is located directly on the Ederauen bike path. Our farm is located on the edge of the small village of Berghausen in the Wittgensteiner Land. The nearby Rothaarsteig offers great hiking opportunities. In Winterberg, 20 km away, you will find sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel crib is available for toddlers.

With its large terrace and fireplace, it offers you optimal conditions to spend a few cozy days in every season. Situated between Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe, and Erndtebrück, the location is ideal for experiencing and enjoying the nature and the wide range of leisure activities in the Wittgenstein region.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The 120 m² vacation home can accommodate up to six people and impresses with a spacious living and dining area including underfloor heating, pellet stove, sofa bed and dining table. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds and their own TVs ensure a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and infrared heating offer high comfort. A covered terrace, parking, bicycle storage room as well as Wi-Fi and linen are included.

House in a rural area

The place offers plenty of room for the whole family. Located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can make wonderful excursions on foot or by bike. If you want to go for a short walk in the evening, the nearby Tretbecken invites you to linger. The house, located on the outskirts of Hilchenbach-Grund, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity is a small horse stable. There is a ski slope and a toboggan run in the neighboring village.
