Vacation rentals with a patio in Erpel

I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

There were four of us staying in the spacious apartment in Immendorf for a long weekend. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible in case of questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Exquisite apartment with nice terrace to sit outside. There's nothing missing. Everything as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are two bathrooms and two rooms for sleeping or retreat. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex and you are right in the lively part of Ehrenfeld, on Venloer Straße and surroundings. The car can be parked comfortably in the underground car park and then it is best to move on foot and with the quickly accessible public transport. We immediately felt very comfortable! The contact with Henriette went wonderfully, she was waiting for us on site and directing us into the underground car park. On the next visit to Cologne, we will definitely come back here!

Wonderful, spacious accommodation. Here is everything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very friendly and pleasant communication with Helena. My colleagues were very afraid that they would be late on the way and would have to check in very late. Helena was so sweet that she took photos for the men so she could find the entrance easier and left the light on outside. You will be welcomed so warmly, you immediately feel comfortable. Glad to come back!

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

We had a very nice, albeit rainy time, in Alexandra's cute house. Everything you need is there, the dog also felt very comfortable and the garden is very nice. We'll be happy to come back. The communication with Alexandra was straightforward and easy.

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

Thanks Dennis for your warm welcome, your beautiful home and swift responses. We felt at home and had a lovely time. The train running by was for my daughter a little bit disturbing, but not a problem. Keep up the way you do your job and who knows till we meet again!

Very friendly welcome from Tom who showed us the apartment and explained everything. There was free water and a bottle of wine and tips for good food. We immediately felt really comfortable and spent a few very nice days in a cozy, very clean apartment with wonderful views of the Rhine and the opposite castle, which is wonderfully lit in the evening. Jan is a highly recommended host. The communication with him was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. His (penthouse)apartment was perfect in every matter, from the accessibility / location to the functionality / equipment in general to many, thoughtfully and quietly set amenities. In addition, in a central, perfectly connected location, the tranquility was remarkable. As well as this was the view from the windows into the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the time of our stay and can only recommend the choice of Jan's apartment as accommodation.

Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Super comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. JJ answered all my questions without any problems. The instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be great to have more recommendations for places to visit or where to eat. That kind of information from someone who knows the area is always helpful. :) We regret not having a working coffee maker for breakfast, but we were able to figure it out. I would really recommend this place! Everything was impeccable. Thank you for a great stay!
