House located on a very quiet hill on the Costa Vicentina, with beautiful beaches nearby. Ground floor with open-plan living room and kitchen + washroom. A well-lit and functional space with an area for relaxing, cooking and dining. The first floor is also an open space (with a bed, a sofa, a desk for working and a shower stall) + a toilet. Outside there is a private, covered barbecue with a table and chairs.
