Wonderful Hostess and the home was super cozy and cute! Incredible space ! Definitely larger than it looks on the outside!

We were 7 of us, mostly siblings, so with 6 bedrooms it was perfect. The rooms were simple yet clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While the house is not right on the water is is a very short stroll down to the docks and we had a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from the front porch and windows. There is much to do in the area-hiking, fishing, wine tasting. Also we enjoyed kayaking on the lake which is very beautiful and clean. All the stores you may need for supplies are about a 5 minute drive away in Penn Yan. We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There is a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and we enjoyed campfires 2 of the nights we were there. Brian lives 2 doors down, but we never saw him, so there is no worry of the landlord being intrusive. All in all we would definitely stay again!

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a cool, rainy weekend and we took full advantage of the bedroom fireplaces and extra blankets! Would love to come back to enjoy summer-time at your place. Thank you!

Denise’s home was beautiful, comfortable and convenient for our needs. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The bathrooms were sparkly clean and even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a humongous help as I usually forget my own when I travel! Denise was so responsive and attentive to any of our needs. Her father was a huge help during our stay and came by anytime we had a question or needed help with something. We were able to bring our fur children which was a huge bonus. The fenced in yard was great for my girls who were able to roam free and do some exploring in the snow. The addition of the large dog crate and dog runs were also great. I loved seeing that doggy shampoo, dog poo bags, some dog toys and even a muzzle were available if needed.

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house! We had the best time. The location is perfect, the house was so clean and the view was stunning. We highly recommend this lovely lake house!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Our only regret was that we didn't get to spend/enjoy as much time at the property itself! We were in town for a wedding and spent most of our time prepping for the wedding and/or at the nearby venue. Both John and his wife were great hosts! We had a tiny hiccup with the coffee maker, and his wife was out with a brand new one within an hour! We definitely would recommend the property, the location, the hosts, and we would stay again. If we were skiing or hiking nearby, the double washer and double dryer is a crazy value add! Also, the common area downstairs with the sauna, bar, games, etc. was excellent for the bridal party to finish getting ready before the ceremony :)

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The house was peaceful, clean, and perfectly set up for a quiet getaway. The lake views and surrounding scenery were absolutely beautiful—exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was just as described, and the space felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and we really appreciated how thoughtful the check-in and check-out process was. The home had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to unwind and just enjoy time together as a family. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a beautiful setting—we’d absolutely love to come back!
