This designer studio apartment is completely private and only steps away from the water. Only minutes away from Downtown Pensacola and all the entertainment the Pensacola area has to offer. This private studio is built behind the garage with its own driveway. Water view looking through the boat ramp from the side yard. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
