Our small apartment with 60 square meters integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to mountain and cycling tours, hikes and swimming trips to the surrounding lakes such as Staffelsee, Kochelsee and Walchensee. Also, nothing stands in the way of day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, as it can be reached in about 1 hour. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with balcony and view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop provides culinary delights and can be reached in 1 minute from 6:30 am.

Tastefully furnished small apartment for 1-2 people in a beautiful country house right on the mountains. Many hikes and mountain tours are possible directly from the house. Restaurant, bakery and small supermarket within walking distance (10 minutes) in the village. Arrival by train possible. The village of Murnau with lots of shops and cafes can be reached in 15 minutes. by car. In winter, with good snow conditions, the groomed cross-country ski trail is within walking distance. The Zugspitz railway in Grainau can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Very quiet, cozy and stylish apartment on the creek. Old building with wooden and stone floors. New bathroom and new kitchen. A mixture of old and new garnished with a lot of art and culture. In the summer you can relax on the partly covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. The garden is more than half natural, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses.
