Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. The Hampton Court Hideaway is a new peaceful and relaxing eco guesthouse (detached double garage conversion). Beautifully designed to a very high standard, powered by renewable energy and includes space for up to 4 guests. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds, one sofa bed and a single fold out bed. We also have an EV home charger available on request. It’s designed for 2 adults but we do allow up to 4.
