Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University Street is 2 minutes, Bars Street is 5 minutes on foot. YouTube Netflix is available on the projector. The building is a family apartment, so there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are small kitchen supplies.
