A small town that was the best in Cantabria in 2018. Note: - The house has three floors, full rental of one of them. - 20 minutes from Santander, 10 minutes from Cabarceno Park and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. - We have activities as an active tourism company, such as horseback riding.

The cabin has a spectacular view of Santander Bay and a quiet rural setting. This house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with living room, a dining room with a very large table, a bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet on the lower floor and a kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. On the other hand, it has a pantry with a washing machine and a large porch that has a barbecue. It also has WiFi and a foosball table.
